SDDS Holdings, Inc.

SDDS was formed in 1991 by assembling a team of veteran distribution industry managers and administrators.  Customized management, coupled with proper research and analysis of the delivery area has ensured that our customer's products have been delivered in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.  SDDS’ objective is to work with its customers to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate the distribution service process.  Headquartered in Buford, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, SDDS distributes approximately 25 million directories annually, serving distribution needs across the United States.

SDDS has developed and maintained long-term, strong partnerships with its customers.  Customer satisfaction has been achieved due to the high standards and expectations placed upon the company since inception. This approval has led to increased business throughout the years.

In 2008 SDDS formed an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) which allowed for the transition to an employee owned company.  This plan allowed all employees to have an ownership interest in SDDS.   Each of our employee owners live by and embrace our core values:
